I have recently filmed a series of videos in which I take some of the boxers that I work with on boxing punch pads. There are 4 videos that will be published on the site in the next week or two and I’m sure that you’ll be able to pick up some valuable bits of knowledge when you watch them.
In the best tradition of the video outtake series that have been popular since the advent of TV, I thought that I’d publish this little 30 second clip. I’ll say no more other than it’s the failed hand stand that really gets me. Maybe gymnastics and boxing just don’t mix!
